((Blink seems to like history a bit much, hm... I swear, I didn't pick a B-name on purpose, I went through a big list of English names and this one was my favorite! Did you know Claude means lame? What a terrible thing to name a kid... )) Snicker jumped when the sudden feeling of something cold touched her back lightly. Her mother's strong laughter soon filled the room. "It's only me!" She exclaimed, still laughing. "I came because I wanted to tell you something." Snicker pouted for a moment then turned on her bed to face her mother. "What is it?" She asked. Her mother sat down next to her on the silky sheets. "You remember the Harrisons, don't you?" Angela nodded, how could she have forgotten about Bryant and that cute little smile of his... Oh my gosh, am I blushing? "Well," her mother continued, "They're coming to New York from France for a visit and I offered to let them stay in the guest house." That thing is a guest house?! I thought it was a 2nd garage for the limos! "Thats so exciting!" Angela exclaimed. "Really? I thought you might not want to see Darcy... I know how much you two fought." Her mother trailed off and glanced awkwardly at the floor. I forgot about Darcy... That little brat was always whining and going through my personal things! "I'm sure shes matured. We were little." "Oh, I'm so happy, you're going to see Bryant again! You two were too cute, always hiding under the dining table, giggling." "Yeah... When are they coming?" "Oh... Not for a few weeks now, but I should have someone go in and clean up that old house, we haven't needed it since Grandma stayed in it after we first brought you and Anthony home." She sighed and stood up. "Much to do. I'm so happy you're ok with this." Angela smiled and waved a little as her mom left the room. I can't wait until Bryant meets Birds and Echo!

((ha! I love how the little girl is named Darcy. I can't help but think of Pride and Prejudice when I read that...anyway, I meant that Birdy was trying to convince Blink shakespeare was a great writer, and he was saying he was stupid.))

((Oh, ok! I was thinking: "Wow! Blink likes Shakespeare?! Thats odd..." Darcy is actually only a year or so younger then Angela because Bryant is older then Anglea by a year or so. But I am going to make Darcy a brat!))

((Isn't there a chick on Degrassi named Darcy? (sorry, Squeakers and I watched EIGHT episodes of Degrassi IN A ROW and now I'm changed forever...) ))

((Yeah! You watched it with me, too. Darcy is the one who dated Peter who's mom used to be the principal (They got rid of a ton of characters, including Manny, my favorite.) who busted just about everyone at some point in time. But I didn't even think about Degrassi when posting...))

Birdy was sitting in her room absorbed in a book, when her phone rang. She opened it to see a text from Snicker that was adressed to her and Echo. Want to come over to my place? Probably just for afternoon Birdy smiled. She made her way to the kitchen table, where her dad always worked on his laptop. "Dad, Angela just invited me over for the afternoon. I'd probably get dropped off around 5. Can I go?" "That sounds okay. Will you get picked up?" "Yeah, Angie will probably send Andrew." "Sounds good to me." "Thanks!" Birdy texted a response saying that she could come and also asking when Andrew would be heading over. Snicker said he would be over in about 20 minutes, and that Echo was coming, too. Birdy changed into skinnies, a button down shirt, and leather flats. For some reason, she always felt compelled to dress nicer when she went to the Kennedy's house. Twenty minutes later, a buzz rang through the apartment, and Birdy quickly said goodbye to her dad as she dashed to the steps. Andrew was waiting by the door, looking happy to see her. He knew that Birdy was always very polite to him. "Good afternoon, Andrew. How are you?" "I'm quite well. How are you, Miss Geringer?" "Very good. Andrew, it is perfectly alright if you call me Eliza," Birdy said with a smile. Andrew simply tipped his driver's hat and opened the door to the limo for Birdy. Snicker and Echo sat inside, playing around on Snicker's iPod Touch. The three friends chatted throughout the half an hour drive to get outside of Brooklyn, which was where Snicker's huge estate was located. During this time, Echo and Birdy found out about Bryant's visit in the next couple weeks. "Hmm, it sounds like you get along well," Birdy said, secretly winking at Echo, who smiled deviously back. "Yeah, well, we knew each other when we were little, and....he's nice," Snicker felt her cheeks warm slightly.

The limo came to a stop outside the Mansion's giant front doors; all three girls hopped out and headed straight to Snicker's room for details on the famous Bryant. "Tell me again what he looks like?" Birdy asked running her fingers through Foofie's thick coat. Snicker knew what was going on now. Echo and Birdy thought she liked him. "We're just friends," she acknowledged,"but he has deep blue eyes, blonde hair, and he's barely tanner then I am." "I smell love." Echo mumbled to Birdy. Both couldn't help but snicker. "Stooop it!" Snicker wailed hitting Echo on the head with a pillow. Echo snorted and sat up to be ,almost ,face to face with Snicker. "Thats how you wanna play it?!" Echo teased hitting Snicker right back with a silky red pillow. "BRING IT OOOOON!" Birdy cried slamming both girls with her own weapon of choice, an Egyptian cotton throw pillow as the crew began an all out pillow fight war. Foofie huddled in a corner, eyes wide, full of fear.

Snicker and Birdy ganged up on Echo. Echo needed a way to defeat them! She crawled across the floor and picked up foofie and jumped to her feet.
"Put the pillows down, or the cat gets it!" Echo faked threatened, she would never harm Foofie...maybe.
"you wouldn't dare." Snicker's eyes narrowed and Birdy watched in suspense. Echo held her ground and stared down Snicker. Snicker looked from the cat, to Echo, to her pillow, she began to panic.
"FOOFIE!!" She practically screamed while throwing her pillow behind her. She ripped her dear feline out of Echo's arms and hugged her tightly.
"HA!" Echo lurched toward Birdy and hit her so hard that she knocked the pillow out of her hands. Echo jumped on top Snicker's bed and put her hands on her hips.
"Triumph!" Echo said loudly, then jumped down and laughed as she fell back on the bed.
"of course" Birdy said while rolling her eyes. But the three friends looked at each other, looked around at the now trashed room, and just laughed.

A loud and incessant knock on the door ended the fit of laughter, and Snicker got up cautiously to answer it. It was her mother, looking extremely irritated. "What is all that NOISE?" she demanded. Snicker blushed and looked at her feet. "Uh, we were having a pillow fight." "Do something quiet! Like MANICURES!" her mother snapped. She huffed, and strutted off down the endless hallway, with her heels clacking on the wood floor. Snicker closed the door, and Echo started cracking up. Birdy and Snicker looked at her in disbelief. When she caught her breath, she explained. "Your mom is just so ridiculous!" she said. A smile spread over Birdy's face, and a giggle bubbled up from her throat. Pretty soon, the chorus of laughter was in three parts once again.

((Yeah, I was going to earlier but I had to finish typing a report.)) "Your mom really freaks me out..." Echo said in her usual 'you know' tone. Birdy nodded, "She looks so... well, rich." Snicker shrugged and set her cat down to let her calm down. She thought for a minute. Her mother did have the appearance of a typical modern day wealthy woman. Well into her 30's but all that make-up covered her wrinkles and natural flaws. The bob haircut didn't help, nor the finely trimmed brows that sat over her sharp green eyes. Maybe it was because she wore Gucci button-ups so ofter or kept her long manicured fingers on one of her various Coach clutches all hours of the day. It could have been anything from the Marc Jacobs coat to the receipts in the cupboards from all the times her mother got botox. But there was only one thing that really showed it. "C'mon guys! She isn't that much of a jerk. Look at me! I look like a rich snob, too and you guys still like me." "Thats because you're nice." Echo stated. That was true. "But she is too, you guys have just gotten on her bad side one too many times. She can be a real angel to me but when I piss her off she goes all demon mother on me!" The rant was interrupted by a knock on the door. "Come in." The three chimed. Andrew opened the door with the phone in his hand. "It's for Ms. Quinlan, your sister is wanting you home." He said handing the phone to her. "Andrew..." Snicker trailed. "Yes Ms. Angela?" "How long have you been standing behind my door?" Snicker asked with a smile. Andrew winked and walked out. "I gotta go or Helen is gonna kill me!" Echo exclaimed grabbing her coat and running for the door. "Want a ride?" Snicker called after her but Echo just kept running. "I should go, too. Could you give me a ride?" Birdy asked politely Snicker nodded her head and lead her to the door.

Birdy waved goodbye to Snicker as she walked in the door of her apartment complex. She was in a good mood, and felt energetic enough to go up the stairs to the 4th floor. After slipping her key into the lock and twisting it open, she entered their apartment to see her dad sitting at the kitchen island with a cup of coffee and his laptop, as he usually did in the evening. "Hey, Eliza. How was it?" he asked casually. Birdy shed her coat and hung it up. "It was pretty fun, " she said with a small laugh, "we had a pretty intense pillow fight." Mr. Geringer grinned and laughed. "Got any bruises?" he said jokingly. "I don't know...." Birdy said in the same tone. She opened the refrigerator and took out the cranberry juice. She poured herself a cup and sat next to her dad. He exited out of the window he was working in, and turned to her with a more serious expression on his face. "Eliza, I'd like to talk to you about Louis. You've been talking to him a lot and you've gone out a couple times just within the past two weeks. Don't you think you should....slow it down a little?" he said concernedly. Birdy sighed and averted her gaze to the wall. How would she explain why she wanted to be around him so much? "Dad, it just....we have so much in common, and.....I really love talking to him. It's great to learn more about him." Birdy explained haltingly. She felt her face tingling with heat. "It's great that you and Louis get along, but I think it's healthy to have some breathing room. You still need to focus on school, Eliza. Do you understand?" Birdy looked down at her stocking feet, then at her dad. "Yes, Dad. I...I'll try to not text him as much." Her dad reached over and rubbed her arm. "I just want you to be successful, so don't distract yourself too much. I think Louis is a great kid, but you should have some space." "Okay, Dad. I'm going to go on the cross trainer." Birdy smiled and went upstairs to change into sweats and a tank to work out on the machine. If there was one thing she knew, it was that her dad would leave her alone if she promised to exercise.

((From recent posts, you're starting to make Birdy sound fat! Shes probably skinnier then me!)) ---A Few Days Later--- Snicker sat alone on the big leather couch in the middle of her basement, a bowl of untouched, cold popcorn sat in her lap. She wasn't hungry. Her plump, white cat hopped up onto the cushion next to her. She stared deep into Snicker's eyes and blinked as if breaking a strong trance, sniffed at her popcorn and disinterested, hopped onto the back of the couch. Snicker yawned and placed a hand on Foofie's back. She watched the t.v. screen intensely. If only she had put aside the first few wasted years of her life for training, she could be skating as well as those ice dancers at the Olympics. Instead she spent her Monday nights wasting popcorn and warming a couch cushion. She stretched a hand out to grab the keyboard that sat on the floor. She tap a few buttons and in seconds the t.v. became a giant computer screen. She opened up a new page and logged into her Facebook to find a new private message from a Bryant Harrison. She giggled and she opened it anxiously: Dear Angela, This is the right Angela Kennedy, right? Well, I'll just guess but I don't remember her looking as great as the girl in your profile picture. As flirty as always, the geek. I'd truly forgotten about you until one night at dinner my mom announced we were coming to visit in the spring. Aren't you excited to show all your new friends my hot abs? Yeah, sure. You'd better be ready to pry all those public school druggie girls off me. Yeah, my parents heard all about your protest to end your private school career, which is a shame. Are you trying to forget the teeter-totter incident from 2nd grade still? You really need to let that go... You mean when you fell off and pulled me down with you? Yeah, it was totally my fault your lack of balance sliced my head down the middle. I hope you aren't seeing anyone, but even if you were you know you'd leave him in a heartbeat for me, wouldn't you? Heck yes. Only kidding. You ready to face another round of Darcy? Heck no...Don't freak, I've got her under control. She knows better then to mess with my friends. Though I can't say much for your cat... Do you still have Foofie? Foofie! He remembered her name! You'd never let me touch her. She was the only thing you wouldn't share when we were 6. You just got her that year, too. Woah, flashbacks! Woah! Flashbacks! Wow. I think I should brush up on my Kennedy before I come, so lets play a little game. 20 questions. 1. Whats your favorite color? 2. Whats your favorite food? ...

(( I wasn't implying that Birdy was fat, I just meant that she wanted to get away from her dad by promising to workout.)) Birdy, after halfheartedly exercising for 25 minutes, shut off the cross trainer and went back to her room. She pulled out her laptop and plopped into her favorite reading chair in the corner. She opened up her Facebook page, and checked her inbox. There was a message from Snicker. It had the message from Bryant copied and pasted in it. Snicker, from what she wrote before and after it, was obviously excited. After reading the letter, all Birdy could think was that this Bryant boy would be a great match for Snicker. Quickly, she typed a response to the message. Hmm. This Bryant guy sounds really sweet. I just hope you'll be able to keep the other girls off of him, as he seems to predict will happen. We'll just see what he's like when he gets here.

((Gah! nothing important is happening in Echo's life right now!! ... I guess I could post about Spot, I haven't brought him up in a while...))
"I'm leaving to go someplace Helen!" Echo called to her sister in a hurry while she finished shoving her feet into her shoes. If her sister heard her she knew she had exactly 6 seconds to get out of the house and as far down the street as possible. She was just on the first step of the porch when she was yanked backward forcefully.
"ACK!" Echo let out the loud duck sounding noise is pain, her sister had grabbed her by the neck of her shirt.
"Hmm, you look nice." Helen said to Echo in complete seriousness, this tended to happen alot.
"And you improved your time." Echo said with an upset grunt, then removed her sister's hand from her shirt and straightened up.
"So where is this someplace?" Her older sister glared at her.
"No place." Echo said hurridly trying to walk off again.
"Where." Helen demanded.
"Movies." Echo responded.
"With whom?"
"uh... Snick- Snicker and Birdy!((Helen knows about their little "nick names" and actually calls Angela and Elizabeth by them also))" Echo had stuttered, but she thought the lie was perfectly believeable.
"You hesitated!! Who?!" Helen had grabbed onto her younger sister's shirt again.
"((I NEED TO GIVE SPOT A NAME!!))" Echo practically screamed, then shot out of her sister's grip and half way down the block in record time.
((I'll finish later. I finally have time to work on the 4th chap. in my fanfic and i'm takin' my chance!))
